Jan leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Jan’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Jan will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester George Scott and Joanne Marie Shay Scott. She is survived by: her daughter Carrie Ann Yeaney Moore (Chuck); her grandchildren, Colin Moore and Caitlin Moore (Rick Fleming) of Broadlands, VA; and her brother George Scott (Brenda) of Bellefonte, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be forwarded to Wetzler's Funeral Service and will be used by the family to establish a scholarship fund for local LPN students.
