He was predeceased by : his parents, Guy Bonfatto and Palma Bonfatto (Corica); and his siblings, Francis Bonfatto, Josephine Moore and Mary Bonfatto.

He is survived by : his sisters, Annette T. Callahan of Boalsburg and Rose M. Letterman (Elmer) of Lemont. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of John to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 134 E. Bishop Street, Bellefonte, PA 16823.
