He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce L. Collar; and his siblings, Marva Collar and David Collar. He is survived by: his wife Gloria J. Spilla; and his siblings, Barbara Potter (Jack) of Moshannon, James Collar of Bellefonte and Robert Collar of Pleasant Gap. He is also survived by several aunts, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Askey Cemetery.
