He was predeceased by: his sister Gail Farrell. He is survived by: his wife Susan F. Hoffman; his son Konrad Rogers (Stephanie); his stepson Matthew McMahon (Kelli); his parents, Thomas Muston and Anita Muston (Hogle); and his sister Drue Alvarez. He is also survived by "Grandpa" to his dearest family.
