He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul E. Haines and Twila M. Haines (Thrush); and his daughter Stacy L. Haines Lose. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Haines (Dove); his daughter Kelly Chiodo (Gary) of Bellefonte; his son-in-law Larry Lose (Christine) of Julian; his granddaughters, Allie Haines and Chloe Lose; his siblings, Thomas Haines (Neatie) of Zion, Robert "Bubba" Haines (Tracy) of Pleasant Gap and Suzeann Garner (Gregory) of Pleasant Gap; and his close friend Joe Pressler.
