She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd E. King and Dona A. King (Deeg); her son Ruben J. Evans; and her brothers, Ronald L. King and Lloyd A. King.
She is survived by: her husband James L. Fultz; her children, Cyrus A. Evans of Pleasant Gap, Amber L. DeCosmo (James) of Bellefonte, Nichole R. Luckovich of Lewistown and Michael A. Fultz (Amy) of Mount Union; her siblings, Wade E. King Sr. (Teresa) of Reedsville and Rev. Laura E. King of Dallas, TX; her grandchildren, Cyrus Colvin Evans, Malcolm DeCosmo, Dylan Luckovich, Paige Fultz and Quinnten Fultz; her great grandchildren, Holden and Savannah; and her aunts, Irma J. King and Adaline Spickler. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
