With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Annette Hicks of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 23, 2026 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Hicks and Mary Hicks; her daughter Chandra McCloskey; her aunt Margaret Richmond; her sister Tina Hicks; and her stepmother Kathy Hicks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Desha Johnson and Jadie Perdue; her granddaughter Lainey Johnson; her siblings, Ted Hicks and Margaret Hicks; and her pets, Monica, Rachel and Phoebe.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Sharon's name to Centre County PAWS, and she would encourage you to pick wildflowers whenever you can.
