We announce the death of Susan Ormsby of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 6, 2026, at the age of 61. Susan will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Susan will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Susan will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture her life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Susan’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Rockey and Dolores Rockey (Holderman); her niece Cheyenne Hester-Byrd; and her sister Kathy Crowley. She is survived by: her husband Robert Ormsby; her children, Dustin Fetzer (Megan) of Bethlehem and Jennifer Fetzer (Ken Schoonover) of Media; her granddaughter Fern Fetzer-Lora; and her siblings, Jeffrey Rockey of State College and Lori Hester of Bellefonte.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the Living Hope Alliance Church (321 E Howard St, Bellefonte, PA 16823). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
