He was predeceased by: his parents, Mahlon Peachey and Bertha Peachey (Kurtz); and his nieces, Marietta Peachey and Sarah Hostetler. He is survived by: his wife Rhoda Peachey (Hostetler); his children, Ruth Peachey of Belleville, David Jr. (Martha Peachey), Samuel (Viola Peachey), Jason (Bethany Peachey), Matthew (Amanda Peachey), Anna (David Sharp), Martha (Josiah Coblentz) and Tim (Rose Peachey); and his siblings, Erma (Kore Kauffman), Anna (John Lee Zook), Linda (Luke Kurtz), Joseph (Mary Peachey), Mary (Ervin Hostetler), Mervin (Lois Peachey) and Jonathan (Sarah Peachey). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pleasant View Amish Mennonite Church (494 Green Ln, Belleville, PA 17004). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Locust Grove Mennonite Church (3358 W Main St, Belleville, PA 17004).
