Claire Dugan Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Claire Dugan of Bellevue, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 6, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Schneider and Claire Arletta Schneider; her husband William R. Dugan; and her sisters, Elizabeth Schneider and Mary Jane Mousseau (late Thomas Earl).

She is survived by: her children, Mary Anne Foglio, Bob Dugan and Janet Briski (Ken); her grandchildren, Michael Foglio (Stephanie), Nicholas Foglio (Andrea), Joseph, David, Meghan and Blake Briski; and her great grandchildren, Michael, Reagan and Santino Foglio. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
