He is survived by: his wife Judith Collins; his daughters, Lisa Collins-Bowen (Eugene Bowen) and Lori Collins-Hrinko (John Hrinko); and his grandchildren, Alexander Bowen, Jessica Bowen, William Hrinko and Annabelle Hrinko. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
