He is survived by: his wife Katherine M. Abbott (Scarborough); his children, Paul Abbott (Kimberly) and Karen Kahler (Charles); his grandchildren, Connor, Luke, Jake and Mia; and his brothers, Donald Abbott and Richard Abbott. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
