We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2025, at the age of 80, Donna Hazlett (Bellwood, Pennsylvania), born in Altoona, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donna Hazlett to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Cooper and Rosemary Cooper (Daughtry); and her brothers, Raymond Jr. "Dude", Norman and Gordon "Buck" Cooper.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph M. Hazlett; her children, J. Chris Hazlett and Lisa R. Kephart (Jim); her grandchildren, Amanda and Joey; her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Jayce and Javien; and her brother Michael Cooper.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Riggles Gap Bible Church (613 Lear Rd, Altoona, PA 16601).
The family suggests that contributions in Donna's memory be made to a charity of choice.
