He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Hemcher and Virginia Hemcher (Gerlach); his wife Cynthia L. Williams; his sons, Jason J. Hemcher and Dustin DelMastro; his granddaughter Alexandria Hemcher; and his great grandchild Brooklyn.
He is survived by: his daughter Shana A. Parks of Dayton, Ohio; his grandchildren, Brittany Inge (Grant), Andrew, Noah and Meghan Parks; and his sisters, Sharon Bream of Altoona, Sue Hand of Altoona and Gloria Hemcher of Altoona.
A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Grandview Cemetery (787 Forsht Ln, Altoona, PA 16601).
