It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Tobin of Belsano, Pennsylvania, born in Indiana, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 10, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Toy and Josephine Toy; and her brother Alvie Toy. She is survived by: her husband Bill; her sons, Bill Jr. Tobin (Kimberly) and Ed Tobin (Mitzi); her grandchildren, Cora, Billy, Halie, Blair and Chante; and her great grandchildren, Isaac, Sylas, Greyson, Jade, Sariah and Aldon.
