Joni Dent Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joni Dent of Ben Avon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 16, 2025 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joni Dent to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John G. Bates and Lillian "Mickey" Bates; her siblings, Karen Ashby and John G. Bates Jr.; and her husband Roger Lee Dent.
She is survived by: her children, Lynnette Dent, Terri Osburn, Chaz Dent (Jerry) and Cody Dent (Carla); and her grandchildren, Isabelle Osburn (Ashton) and Parker Dent.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Linn Funeral and Cremation Service.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Joni's honor to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
