“Alan was a key part of Michel's Bakery. he was always there when you needed him and him help out when he was needed. he helped me so many times and i assisted him when he wasn't available in the bakery. he was strict but in a good way. without his presence thing are falling apart(physical and mental).he made us all smile in our time of need. and still think he is coming to working when i he the door alarm go off. i miss him and i know the whole team also does . he was a great man :(”
