He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert R. Winterbottom and Vivian Winterbottom (Etheridge). He is survived by: his brothers, Walter (Diane Winterbottom) and Ronald (Gail Winterbottom); and his siblings' children, Kelly Winterbottom, Mickie and Kyle Winterbottom.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions, in Albert's name, be made to the Bucks County Association for the Blind, 400 Freedom Drive, Newtown, PA 19040.

“Al was my friend for 43 years. He was also my supervisor for 15 years at Amtrak Police. He loved the Uptown and Joseph A. Ferko String Bands. He was a great Host too. Al was my chauffeur for my wedding in 1978. He loved to travel loved his family ,boating and cherished his friends. Today..July 29,2019, I learned that I lost a good and true friend. I will miss him.”
