He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Ann Penn. He is survived by: his children, Gwen Minotti (Paul) and Craig Hill (Regina); his grandchildren, Parker Minotti (Kristin), Zachary Hill (Emily), Rachel Schnepf (Dan) and Micah Hill; and his great grandchildren, Lilah Hill and Finnegan Edward Schnepf.
