He is survived by: his child Jerry, III; his parents, Jerome (Patricia) and Deborah; his sister Christina; his nieces and nephews, Aubrey and Lia; and his grandparents, Joseph, Jean Sacco and Ann Clemens (late John). He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
