He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph John Francis and Cecilia Singleton; his stepfather Joseph Singleton; and his daughter Jennifer Francis. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Francis; his children, Samantha Francis and John Francis, Jr. (Kristen); his grandchildren, Lily Bean, Noah, Madisen, Charlotte and Leah; and his siblings, Tina Maloney (Bob), Lisa Koziel (Frank), CeCe Woolerton (EJ), Maureen Kulp (Joe) and Robert Francis (Kelly). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
