He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton M. Bailey and Mary Ellen Parke Bailey; and his wife Dr. Mary B. Lloyd. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Andreoli (Pasquale) of Wilmington, DE and Kristen Bailey of Alexandria; and his brother Milo of Cape Coral. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
