He was predeceased by: his parents, John McCartney and Eleanor McCartney; his wife Rita; his son Joseph Jr. Joe; and his siblings, Eleanor, Nancy, Pat, Rosemary and Jack.
He is survived by: his children, Colleen Pratico (Anthony), Terri Young (Frank) and Michael McCartney (Andrea); his grandchildren, Jaimie, Melissa, Tony, Kerrilynn, Nick, Alexandra and Christina; his great grandchildren, Emma, Domenick, Anthony, Lucy, James, Mason, Jaxson, Nicky, Vinny, Isabella and Penelope; and his sisters, Mary and Kathleen.
