He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Pendergast and Joseph A. Pendergast; and his wife Anne Marie. He is survived by: his children, Carol Giordano (Guy), Joanne McVey (John), Joseph A. (Colleen), John (Teresa), Patrick (Marie), Anne Marie Hillman (Tom) and Colleen Keppel (Kevin). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and by his 21 great grandchildren.
