She was predeceased by: her parents, John Washney and Anna Washney; her husband Stanley A. Mazuchowski; and her brother Michael. She is survived by: her son Stanley E. (Joan G.); and her siblings, Dorothy Shubert (late Eugene) and Edward Washney.

In lieu of flowers donations to the American Heart Foundation 625 W. Ridge Pike A-100 Conshohocken, PA 19428-1316 would be appreciated by Lillian's family.
