He was predeceased by: his parents, John Waters and Anna Waters; and his siblings, Jack, Eddie and Joe.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen O'Keefe Waters; his children, Michael T. Waters Jr., Joanne Elwell (Scott) and John Waters; his sisters, Carol Harper (Jim), Kathy Valerio (Joe), Rose Weston (Al) and Pat Newill (Dave); and his grandchildren, Tiffany, Ashley, Dylan, Ryan and Connor.
