“The world has lost a great wonderful compassionate and loving man. I never referred to Tom as Tom, I called him Dad. Dad and his beloved wife Roberta who I call Mom took me into their family just as their own back in 1981 in Philadelphia. They and their 3 children made me feel part of their family. All these years Dad and Mom Phillips have held a special close place in my heart. Cindy and I are heartbroken! Our prayers, hugs and love go out to Mom, Lisa, Tom, Chris, their spouses and children.”
