He is survived by: his wife Sarah McCarthy (Baisden); his children, Thomas J, III, John McCarthy (Diane) and Donna McCarthy-Birnbaum (Patrick); his siblings, Robert, Joe McCarthy, Kathleen Collins (John), Eileen Robinson (Ed), Susan Harder and Patricia Madden (John); his grandchildren, Jessica, John II, Nicholas, Thomas IV (Reanna), Elizabeth, Erin, Amber, Michael, Christopher and Natalie; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Forrest and Nyla.
