He was predeceased by: his father Bruce A. Scicchitano. He is survived by: his mother Joan S. Kudas Scicchitano of Bentleyville; his wife Kimberly Smalley Scicchitano; his children, Jordan Simmons, Saylor Scicchitano and Cruz Scicchitano; his sister Lynaia Korcek (Phil); his father-in-law George Smalley; and his siblings-in-law, Stacy Russell (Clair) and George Smalley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
