She was predeceased by: her parents, George Howard Fish, Jr. and Mary Jane Herkert Fish; and her husband Anthony John Lukich. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Frank Lukich (Jamie Lynn) of Bentleyville, Christopher Michael Lukich of Bentleyville and Caitlin Jane Lukich of Plum; her grandchildren, Riley Jo Lukich, Logan James Lukich, Isabella Rae Lukich and Ava Jean Lukich; and her siblings, George H. Fish (late Kitt J.) of Glenshaw and Judith Annessi (Frank H.) of Conyers, Georgia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
