Collins Sr. (Debbie); her sons, Lewis Collins Jr. (Cindy) of Bentleyville, PA and Jonathon Collins (Ashley) of Charleroi, PA; her grandchildren, Tyler (April), Brad, Logan, Kylie, Airi, Kaden, Kayson, Laila, Brian and Adi; and her siblings, Linda Kvortek (Bobby) of Bentleyville, Gina Latta (Andrew) of Bentleyville, PA and Alexander "Sandy" Marran (Kathy) of Scenery Hill, PA.
