He was predeceased by: his parents, George Gondak and Mary Meno Gondak; and his wife Janet K. Coyle Gondak. He is survived by: his children, Sherri Bular (Jim) of Bentleyville and David Gondak of Bentleyville; his grandchildren, Brandon Bular (Jessica), Shane Bular (Kelly), Jocelyn Bular, Karissa Perchinsky (Colton) and Danielle Kurutz (TJ); his great grandchildren, Owen Bular, Brynn Bular, Logan Bular, Bryla Perchinsky and Wesley Perchinsky; and his siblings, Lois Matus of Van Voorhis, Frank Gondak and Kathryn Petronka. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
