He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymon Eland and Dolores Mae Geho Eland. He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph R. Eland (Cheryl) of Canonsburg, Cheryl A. Vernet of Monongahela and Roy R. Eland (Terri) of Lucinda; his daughters, Ashley Moore (Eddie) of Chester, Virginia and Alyson Eland of Chester, Virginia; his friend Brenda Bartrug; his grandchildren, Megan, Lexi, Chad Moore and Hayden Campbell; his siblings' children, Christine, Brittney, Jessica and Jeremy; and his close friend Tye.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the funeral home to assist with the funeral expenses.
