She is survived by: her children, Kenneth R. Sacks of Bloomsburg, Terry A. Sacks of Benton and Cindy L. Pennypacker (Donald R.) of Benton; her grandchildren, Shannon Sacks, Jason Howell, Hollie N. Hess and Joshua R. Hess; and her great grandchildren, Renee Howell, Adelyn Howell and Emily Howell.
