He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Shultz and Helen Shultz McHenry (Hill); and his brothers, Howard Shultz and Robert Shultz. He is survived by: his wife Janice L. Shultz (Souder); his children, Eugene Shultz (Debra) of Hawley, PA, Robert Shultz of Waterloo, NY and Patricia Bankes (Chris) of Exton, PA; his grandchildren, Alexandria McCulloch (Richard), CJ Shultz, Zachary Shultz, Ariana Herrmann (Gregory), Dani Shultz, Stephanie Lashner (Matthew) and Rachael Bankes; and his great grandchildren, Charles McCulloch, Mabel McCulloch and Lincoln Bernard Herrmann. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McMichael Funeral Home (4394 Red Rock Rd, Benton, PA 17814). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McMichael Funeral Home, Inc. (4394 Red Rock Rd, Benton, PA 17814).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the Northern Columbia Community and Cultural Center, 42 Community Drive, Benton, PA 17814.
