He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce A. Puderbaugh (Rhone); his sons, Bryan Puderbaugh and Michael Puderbaugh; and his sisters, Shirley K. Puderbaugh, Carla Mae Kinney and Joy Koskey.
He is survived by: his daughter Bethann M. Puderbaugh of Benton; his daughter-in-law Teresa K. Puderbaugh of Benton; his granddaughters, Amanda, Tori and Lacie Puderbaugh; his great grandchild Jaelen Puderbaugh; and his sister Janet Shuman of Lewisburg.
