She was predeceased by: her parents, James O. Lechleitner and Fern G. Lechleitner (Zimmerman); and her brother Jason (R. Lechleitner). She is survived by: her husband Gary L. Hayman; her children, Leigh Ann Myers (Jeff) of Hermitage, PA, Aaron L. Hayman (Tracey) and Cody J. Hayman (Stephanie) of Shickshinny; her grandchildren, Jaiden Hayman, Willow Myers, Lily Myers, Liam Hayman and Landon Hayman; and her brother Brian Lechleitner of Stillwater.
