He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl P. Kocher and Florence I. Kocher (Burwell); and his sister Shirley Kocher-Keller. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy M. Kocher (Dendler); his sons, E. Allen Kocher, II (Laura) of Orangeville and Eric C. Kocher (Kelly) of Benton; his grandchildren, Allison Hack (Michael), Bradley Kocher (Samantha), Carly Kocher, Max Kocher and Cale Kocher; and his great grandchild Mabel Hack.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the Patterson Grove Camp Meeting/ Boarding Hall Renovations, 1128 Bethel Hill Road, Shickshinny, PA 18655.
