She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy A. Mosteller, Sr. and Carrimae Mosteller (Welliver); her husband Dean Russell Hack, Sr.; and her brother Roy A. Mosteller, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Beth Ann Patterson (Matthew) of Sweet Valley and Dean R. Hack, Jr. (Robyn) of Huntington Mills; her grandchildren, Chase Patterson, Courtney Jones (Joshua) and Peyten Hack; her great grandchild Joslynn Jones; her brother Gary A. Mosteller (Barbara) of Covington, KY; and her sister-in-law Lorraine Mosteller of Coatesville, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
