She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Lukashewski. She is survived by: her sons, Richard and Daniel; her daughters-in-law, Annie and Brooke; her grandchildren, Patience (Timothy), Dylan (Casey) and Angel (Austin); her great grandchildren, Sophie, Elena, Willow, Jameson and Jackson; and her brother Gary Fetzer (Judy). She is also survived by her extended family, friends, and her beloved church family.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Raven Creek Presbyterian Church (993 Upper Raven Creek Rd, Benton, PA 17814). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
