He is survived by: his sons, David II (Holly) and Brad Hause; his grandchildren, Samantha, Chris Miller, Jack Hause and Maggie Shroyer (Brady); his great grandchildren, Teddy, Sawyer and Madison; and his siblings, Alice Saunders, Laura Hause, George and Richard Hause. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
