She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Monsees and Anna O'Grady (Hoerler); her stepfather Clement O'Grady; and her sisters, Eileen Porter (Thomas) and Marcia Porter.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Sharon Porter, Amy Hague (Dennis), Dana Izzo, Becky Heffner (Lonnie), Matthew Porter (Billie Jo), Abby Perich (Jason Glime) and Wendy Fiscus (Chuck); and her brother-in-law Robert Porter. She is also survived by cousins; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
She enjoyed crocheting, making hundreds of afghans for family and friends, and often donated some of her creations to church silent auctions.
