He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Blubaugh and Lucille Blubaugh (Keller). He is survived by: his daughter Darlene Blubaugh; his grandchildren, Daniel, Diana and Dawson; and his brothers, Carl, Ralph (Mary) and Ricky Blubaugh (Christine). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
