She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer Foreman and Stella Foreman; her son Charles J. Eltz; her husband Charles W. Eltz; her siblings, Elizabeth Maurer, Joseph Foreman, Herby Foreman, Frankie Foreman and Elmer Foreman; and her half-brother Johnny Bright.

She is survived by : her children, Suzanne Adam (Alvin Adam II), Cindy Eltz and Darnell M. Gantz (Michael Gantz Sr); and her grandchildren, Melissa, Amanda, Carissa, Michael and Melanie.
