He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Zechman, and Agnes Zechman, Sr. (Troutman); his children, David J. Zechman and Debra K. Zechman; his siblings, Curtis Zechman, Louise Zechman and Loretta McCoy; and his grandson Nicholas Zechman.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas B. Zechman (Lee), Dolores A. (Lester Hauer) and Dean A. Zechman (Esther); his siblings, Charles Zechman, Jr., Marie Troutman and Catherine Seyler; his grandchildren, Paige (Kyle MacBain), Christopher Hauer (Alexa), Clayton Zechman (Samantha), Jason Hauer (Jenna), Austin Zechman (Kenzie), Jonathan Zechman (Brittany) and Matthew Zechman (Megan); and his great grandchildren, Tate Hauer, Aria Hauer, Parker MacBain, Easton Hauer and Maxwell Zechman.
