He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Gulkewicz and Anna J. Gulkewicz (Feiller). He is survived by: his sisters, Jean Shelly and Barbara Palco (Andrew); his nephews, Scott, Christopher, Matthew Shelly, Zachary and Kyle Palco; and his former wife Kalena Mast.
