He was predeceased by : his daughter Debra Gale Hoey. He is survived by : his spouse Gale E. Hoey (Driscoll); his daughters, Kathy F. Wolfe (Hoey) of Ashland, OH and Kolleen S. Long (David) of Lenhartsville, PA.; his grandchildren, Rebekah Alhussainy (Hussein), Abigale Coomes (Justin), Aaron Jacob Wolfe, Ethan Long and Gracie Long; and his brother William Douglas Hoey (Toni) of Ephrata, PA..
