She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Rowe and Dorothy Rowe (Stoneroad); her husband Arland Sultzbaugh; and her siblings, Clifford Rowe and Helen Hoover.

She is survived by: her son John Sultzbaugh (Brenda); her grandchildren, Bethany Schadel (Lehman), Jason Schadel (Allison) and Aaron Sultzbaugh (Cathy); her great grandchildren, Emmaline, Gwenevere Schadel and Adaline Sultzbaugh; her siblings, Janet Miller of Millersburg, Connie Willard of Montoursville, Larry Rowe of Millersburg and David Rowe (Peggy) of Elizabethville; and her sister-in-law Charmy Swope of Warminster. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
