He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Chudley and Diane VonBielefeld (Turner); and his close friend Julia A. Puceta. He is survived by: his sister Jacqueline Hayes (Scott) of Tayor, PA; and his half-brothers, Jerry and Eddie Chudley. He is also survived by granddaughter, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hoover-Boyer Funeral Home, Ltd. (118 S Market Square, Millersburg, PA 17061). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
