He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Dugan and Adda Dugan (Witchey). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Gordner; his brother-in-law Chester Gordner (Patricia); his nieces and nephews, Michelle Hotchkiss (Rob), Christine Campos (Cesar), Cynthia Gordner and Jody Hutchings; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rachel Walsh, Marina Bryan, Christopher Gordner and David Walsh; Nevaeh, Ryland, McKayle, Kambree and Ellamae.
